Offline Event Advantages

How to Register

  1. 1. Register for Couple.net FREE Membership
  2. If you are not already a member, be sure to visit our website Couple.net and register for FREE MEMBERSHIP.
  3. Create your profile and upload your photos in order to send and receive meeting requests.
  4. 2. Register for the Event
  5. Login to Couple.net → Go to Singles’ Events → Select this event → Click Apply or Register button
  6. 3. Participation Confirmation
  7. You will receive notification if your participation is confirmed.

At the Event

  1. 1. Suite and Tie. Semi-formal. Dress to impress. Unless otherwise specified.
  2. 2. You will have face to face 5 minute “dates” with romantic food and wine.
  3. 3. Please show up 20 minutes in advance to register and find your seat.

After the Event

  1. Visit our website and send meeting requests to people you met during the event. You have one week to send and receive meeting requests.
  2. You must create your profile and upload your photos in order to send and receive any meeting requests.
  3. 1)  Send meeting requests
  4. Starts at 0:00 EST a day after the event > Go to MY PAGE > Send Event Mtg Requests > View Profiles >
  5. Send unlimited requests and receive requests during the event period . (You can accept a maximum of 3 requests.)
  6. 2) Manage Event Requests
  7. Go to MY PAGE > Send Event Mtg Requests > View Profiles > Click ‘Send Request’ Submit meeting responses under ‘Received Requests’
    tab or check your request status under ‘Sent Requests’ tab
  8. 3) Exchange of Contact Information
  9. Upon mutual agreement to meet, participants will receive each other’s contact information and be able to arrange a meeting.
  10. Please be aware that access to your event page will expire after one week. We strongly advise you to complete all communication as early as possible.

Important Notes
1. You can send meeting requests to the participants of the event
2. Participants can send meeting requests from 0:00 EST on the next day of the event for 7 days.
Each participant is allowed to send unlimited meeting requests and to set up meetings with 3 participants.
3. You will be able to send a meeting request only if you set a main photo (Go to MY PAGE > MY PROFILE > ADD PHOTOS > Set photo as main)
    and submit your Full Profile Information.
4. Have access to other members' complete profiles including photo albums and be able to send unlimited Cupiding messages for a low monthly fee.
(* If you are a consultant matching member premium option is included.)
5. Cost of sending/accepting meeting requests is included in event fee.
Cancellation of Event Participation and Refund Policy

  1. 1. Cancellation Of Participation 2 Weeks prior to Event – 80% refund
  2. 2. Cancellation Of Participation 1 Week prior to Event – 60% refund
  3. 3. Cancellation of participation up to 1 Week prior to event – No refund. You will receive credit for another event (of equal or less value)
  4. 4. Cancellation of participation up to 3 days prior to event - No refund
  5. 5. Cancellation without notification (no-show) - No refund

Liability

  1. 1. Couple.net is not liable for any meetings between REGISTERED USERS OF its SERVICES or for any communication that occurs between members
  2. after exchange of their contact information.
  3. 2. It is member’s responsibility to verify personal background information of all members matched by Couple.net.
  4. 3. Event schedule and program is subject to change
