Credit purchase policies
 All online meeting service credits (Recommended Matching/Cupiding/Gift Certificate) are valid for 6 months from date of purchase and are nontransferable.
Credits that have been used cannot be refunded or exchanged. Within 2 weeks of credit purchase a 70% refund is possible and within 1 month 50% however after 1 month
refunds are not possible.
Couple.net is not liable for any meetings between members of its services or for any communication that occurs between members after exchange of their contact
information. in case of meeting cancellation, no refund will be given.
Consultant Matching service contract terms vary based on individual cases.
